As we commence 2022, we continue to be challenged by the pandemic. We would like to extend gratitude to the healthcare teams who are under major stress yet continue to provide care and assistance to the tens of thousands inflicted with this virus and others requiring medical care during this time.

The Omicron variant has presented significant impacts to supply chains and the labour force across the nation due to the highly contagious nature of this strain. This has crippled many business’ capacity to maintain normal operations. We acknowledge that many of our customers’ businesses have been challenged by the virus. 

Our commitment to safety remains our priority. We continue to review government and health guidelines to ensure we can maintain safe operations. We continue to improve our practices. This includes the introduction of Rapid Antigen (RAT) testing and other protocols to protect our staff and customers from transmission of the virus.

Our staff are going above and beyond as we endeavour to minimise disruption to deliveries. We are proactively managing our suppliers in anticipation of potential disruptions. Our operations remain strong. I would like to thank our teams for their efforts and commitment to safe operations and service levels.
