If you wish to purchase or supply Coregas and its subsidiaries, Blacksmith Jacks, Migomag, Regional Gas, Ace Cryogenic, and Toowoomba Welding Services (TWS) with products or services, there are a number of conditions, policies and procedures to which you will be required to adhere. Ensure you are able to comply with the following before commencing and during all supply agreements.
The Terms and Conditions of Sale apply for all supply made by Coregas Pty Ltd to a Customer for Goods, Services and Rental Equipment under Agreement, Credit Account or Cash on Delivery. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 9th of November, unless otherwise negotiated and agreed upon by both parties.

All suppliers to Coregas must strictly comply with the below standard terms and conditions, policies and procedures (as amended from time to time) at all times. Failure of a supplier to comply may result in termination by Coregas of any orders or arrangements with the supplier and/or a claim by Coregas for any loss or damage suffered by Coregas in connection with such non-compliance.
