Re: COVID-19 Level 3 Auckland Region Update
As we and the Auckland region plan to move to alert Level 3 on Tuesday 21St September at 11.59pm we would like to take the opportunity to inform you of our services during this time. The move to Level 3 allows us to be able to extend our service of zero contact delivery to all our customers. However, we will continue to have our doors closed to all customers and visitors and will not be providing a gas pickup option during level 3. Zero Contact Delivery
- To minimise potential exposure to the virus, we are enforcing “No Signature” deliveries. This will require the driver to sign on behalf of the recipient. Our drivers will record the name of the recipient collecting the delivery as proof of delivery.
- Coregas has updated its Terms and Conditions to reflect this process change during this unprecedented situation.
- Dependent upon official guidance, we may at some point in the future take the step of discontinuing the facility to pick up gas cylinders from our premises and distribution partners. We will endeavor to provide as much notice as possible should we need to take this step. Gas will still be available via our normal delivery process.
