Re: Coregas NZ COVID-19 Level 4 Update 18.08.2021
On the 17th August 2021, we all received news from the New Zealand Government with the decision being made to move to level 4 lockdown. We wholeheartedly believe this is the right decision for all of us during these difficult times. During the lockdown period we will continue to operate as a supplier to essential service providers.
Under the current level 4 lockdown restrictions our office and warehouse will be closed to customers. We would like to assure you as a supplier to essential service providers, Coregas will continue to operate and support our essential service customers. As per the current Level 4 lockdown protocols, we will only be able to provide non-contact deliveries to these essential service customers.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to supply to any other non-essential service customers until the alert levels have changed sufficiently enough to allow us to resume supplies to non-essential services customers.
For customers that were scheduled for delivery today and the coming days we have had to postpone these, and we will be making contact with you direct if we haven’t already done so. If you are an essential service and require gas please continue to place your orders by phoning our customer service team on 0508 267 342 or by emailing [email protected].
We understand that this may come as an inconvenience, please bear in mind that we are following all instructions outlined by the New Zealand government and value your support.
