Shieldpro mixtures have the addition of predominantly helium, hydrogen or nitrogen, giving the gas the ability to achieve higher performance in the areas of welding speed, penetration, profile, surface appearance, metallurgical benefits etc. This improves the two major areas of concern in a welding process: quality and economics.

Uses

  • Ideal for MIG and TIG welding of non-ferrous steel, copper and alloys above 3mm
  • Good deposition rates and weld profile
