Shieldpro 30 is a high performance gas for used for the welding of stainless steel and duplex

Shieldpro mixtures have the addition of predominantly helium, hydrogen or nitrogen, improving their performance in the areas of welding speed, penetration, profile, surface appearance, metallurgical benefits etc. This in turn improves the two major areas of concern in a welding process - quality and economics.

Uses

Ideal for MIG welding of stainless steels and duplex 3mm and above
All round gas
Good deposition rates and weld profile
Increased penetration and fluidity of the weld pool
Higher weld speed compared to gases without helium
