Instrument Grade Acetylene is an extremely flammable gas dissolved in acetone with a low phosphine level (compared to industrial acetylene)

  • Combined with instrument air to produce the flame in atomic absorption flame spectroscopy
  • One of the components in calibration gas used in the oil and gas industry
  • One of the components in calibration gas used in lung function testing.
