Managing installation
Every year we manage many safe and interruption-free major cylinder transitions and installation of bulk vessels across all industries.
Our four-step cylinder transition process will identify current cylinder stock levels at each of your sites, evaluate cylinder turnover based on three months’ consumption data and have you fully transitioned with 72 hours.
Your local account manager evaluates your stock turnover and order history so we can plan for your requirements and set a transition date.
A site audit details the gas types, cylinder sizes and quantities (holdings) for each site, even down to ward or department level for hospitals. The site auditor notes any specific delivery requirements and addresses any site-specific or safety concerns.
To set up stock in stores, Coregas can assist you in generating the first order, attend site to facilitate the first few deliveries and assist in either removing and preparing incumbent cylinders for collection or reallocating them to other wards, departments or sites as required.
Delivered face-to-face and/or online, product and safety training happens during the cylinder rollout or just prior, if you prefer. Online training modules mean refresher training is available when you require. Training in safe handling of gases meets Australian standards.
